Many studies previously have been stated that the Earth was developed after a sudden bang or what you call a Big Bang. Now, some scientists have predicted that in the same way, the Earth may come to an end. A team of researcher from Harvard University has estimated that after 10139 years the universe will destroy. The team informed that during that time the laws of physics will devolve and that will take the earth to its end. In the study which has been published in the journal Physical Review D, they have calculated the time when the earth could end. They mentioned that the reason behind this will be the Higgs boson. It is a small quantum particle which provides the masses with other particles will destabilize and that even would develop a massive explosion of energy which will swallow up everything presented in the universe. Using a statistical method, they found that our universe will survive for more 1058 years.

Well, there are still many times for this and the team is at least 95 percent sure that the event will happen. Anders Andreassen of Harvard University seemed “We wanted to fix all the previous approximations and get the exact date as pinned down as we could.”  For now, as the laws of physics have started to unravel, it is quite impossible to calculate the exact date of such a big event and when all will reach that point. The formation of the universe is based on the physics and laws of nature. Once it became invalid then one can understand what the consequences after that point will be.

As per the report, the primary reason behind this event will be the Higgs-Boson. This important particle was discovered in 2012 by banging-up subatomic protons at the Large Hadron Collider. The Higgs-Boson carries a specific mass and the mass could change with time. If its mass reaches a point where it can burst, it will generate a huge amount of energy which will eat all the matter. In the study, the researchers also stated that it could be led by the curve of space-time near a black hole.

Commenting on the new study Joseph Lykken, a physicist from the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory stated, “It turns out we’re right on the edge between a stable universe and an unstable universe.”  For now, it is still not clear whether the end of the universe will occur in this way or not.
